Tai, the founder of Virtual TechOps, is a first-generation Haitian-Bahamian American who began working with customers and technology in retail at the age of 15. Recognizing the symbiotic relationship between these elements, he directed his education and professional experiences towards the vision of establishing a company that assists other businesses in achieving outstanding customer service and profitability through technology. VTO was founded prior to his completion of a Masters in Information Technology. In late 2019, Tai and his team experienced a significant improvement in their quality of life after implementing more efficient automation methods in their operations. Their guiding principle is “Community First, Then Technology,” reflecting their approach of prioritizing the impact on people’s lives when developing platform applications on Salesforce.
